Number of Calling Lists supported in Calley ACD Plans

So you want to subscribe to a Calley Subscription plan but ARE NOT SURE WHAT THE CALLING LISTS ARE AND HOW MANY CALLING LISTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE respective subscription?

Let Me Clarify, but first What are Calling Lists?

In Calley, you upload leads or the numbers you wish to call into a list assigned to the agent who will make the calls.

This list is called a Calling List and there are restrictions on how many calling lists you can upload in Calley Subscription Plans. We have tried to explain them in this blog post.

What are the different plans of Calley Autodialer ?

At Calley AutoDialer we offer 3 plans which can fit your business needs :

Calley PERSONAL

Calley Personal is a free plan that allows you to make up to 25 daily calls.

Calley PRO

Calley PRO is a paid plan. It is like Calley Personal on steroids; you can make unlimited calls, send SMS messages, send WhatsApp, schedule reminders, send emails, and much more.

Calley TEAMS

Calley TEAMS is a paid plan. It includes all of the features of PRO, plus the ability to start auto dialing with a team of 5 agents using the app. You can add as many as 100 agents to the account.

So how many calling lists can one create in a Calley Plan?

The limitation on how many calling lists you can create in a calley subscription is as below:

Calley PERSONAL

You can upload only 1 active calling list with 50 records. In Calley Personal subscription, one can only make 25 calls in a day.

Calley PRO

Calley PRO is a paid plan. You can add unlimited calling lists but we have capped the number of records in a list to 2000 records per calling list. That means if you imported 100,000 records in your panel, Calley would automatically break them into 50 Calling lists with 2000 records in each list. You can make unlimited calls daily.

Calley TEAMS

Calley TEAMS is a paid plan. You can add unlimited calling lists but we have capped the number of records in a list to 10000 records per calling list. That means if you power imported 100,000 records into your panel, Calley would automatically break them into 10 calling lists with 2000 records in each list. You can make unlimited calls daily.

So which plan should I choose ?

So, if you wish to stay with the Free plan and are okay with the restrictions imposed on the number of Calling Lists you can import into your Calley Personal Account, Calley Personal is good for you. Still, if you wish to reach out to more leads and call more people, consider Calley PRO and Calley Teams plans.
