To understand how Calley actually works see the steps below. When setting up Calley Dialer for yourself or your team is easy. There are NO servers to manage, NO software configurations to struggle. Just install the Calley CRM Dialer app and get started in 5 mins.
Step 1
You signup for a Free Account
To signup for a Free CalleyACD account - Click Here.
You can signup with your email address & start calling.
Step 2
You login to Calley Web Panel
Once signed up you can login to your web panel.
In case you are already registered you can - Login Here.
Step 3
Create a list & prepare leads to upload
As you are in your web panel you can create a list for leads / numbers that you wish to call. Simultaneously you can create a XLS file of leads.
Step 4
Upload Leads you want to Call
Once you have your XLS file ready you can upload it to the list. Your list can be as small as 3 items, Name, Number and Notes.
Once you have uploaded data in the web panel you now
need to proceed ahead to the Mobile app for further steps.
Step 5
Download the Calley Mobile App
As your list is ready you can now Download the Calley Autodialer App
from the Play Store or App Store.
Step 6
Login with your credentials
Login to the app using the same credentials as you have while creating
the account on the Web Panel.
Step 7
Sync Numbers from Web panel
Once inside the Calley App click on Start Calling to choose the list you
had uploaded on the web panel.
Step 8
Start Calling without Dialing...
Yes now just start calling. The App will make a call from the phone's
dialer and connect you to your leads.
